This photograph was taken by Alyssa Huddle, the shot drawn out and directed by myself. It was used as a photo in a bike ad for a Communication Design class. I took the photo into photoshop and edited the colors to create a "poorly" taken photo that resembles a shot taken back in the 1970's. The photo creates a nostalgic feeling and the sternness of the model (myself) resembles the proud feeling of American culture.
I like the look and feeling behind this piece. The way you explain it lets the viewed know that this wasn't just a quickly done work, but that you actually took the time to plan out the work before setting in on it.
